At Bio-tempus, we are committed to your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our longevity supplements. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt.
Eligibility for Returns
• All Bio-tempus products are eligible for a one-time full refund, including opened or used products.
• To qualify for our money-back guarantee, you must return the product, even if the bottle is empty.
• The 30-day return policy applies only once per product and per household—you cannot return the same product multiple times.
• Customers are allowed a maximum of two returns per calendar year.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@bio-tempus.com.
Once you reach out, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please ensure that you use the provided shipping label—items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We encourage you to inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product, the fastest way is to return the original item following the steps above. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the desired item.
Refund Process
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time to post the refund to your account.
