Shipping Policies

At Bio-tempus, we are committed to ensuring your order is shipped as quickly as possible. Our standard handling time is 1 business day before orders are shipped. This means that most orders placed on Monday will ship Tuesday, while orders placed on Friday will typically ship Monday.

Worldwide Free Shipping

We proudly offer free shipping worldwide. Orders may be shipped the same day they are placed, depending on order time and warehouse workload.

Shipping Timeline & Tracking

Most orders ship from our warehouse in North Carolina, meaning shipping times to the East Coast will generally be faster than to the West Coast when using the same shipping method. Tracking numbers are pushed from our warehouse each evening at 9:30 PM EST, at which time you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

Shipments Mistakenly Marked Delivered

If an order’s tracking information shows it was delivered but you have not received it, please notify us within 5 days of the marked delivery date. USPS occasionally marks orders as delivered early, so if your tracking shows delivery but the package has not arrived, it may arrive the next day. If a package is mistakenly marked delivered and USPS cannot locate it, we will reship your order with a signature requirement for added security.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

If you realize that an incorrect shipping address was entered, please inform us before the order ships so we can update it accordingly. For orders sent to an invalid address and returned to us, we are happy to reship them. However, for orders that are not returned and are sent to an incorrect address, we may decline reshipment if the circumstances appear suspicious.
